Orders, downloads and returns

Anything physical

Canvas, prints, shirts, mugs, totes, stickers - all of it is printed and shipped by Threadless, not by me. They take the order, they handle the shipping, and they deal with returns, damage and anything that arrives wrong.

So if there is a problem with something physical, go to Threadless first. Their support is set up for it and they will sort it faster than I can. If you get stuck with them, then email me and I will chase it.

The instruction PDFs

• Paid through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, a card is fine.
• The download link is emailed to whatever address you check out with, usually inside a minute.
• Links stay live for 72 hours. Save the file somewhere.
• Link expired, or the file will not open? Email me. I will send another, no questions.

Downloads are not refundable, because once you have the file you have it. But if something is wrong with it, that is on me and I will fix it.

What you can do with the instructions

Make as much work from them as you like. Sell what you make. That is the point.

Just do not resell, repost, or hand around the PDF itself.

Commissions

Price and timing are agreed in writing before anything starts, and commissions are final sale once the piece is underway. The details are here.
